Starting in June, we are holding an order event at our store until June 11th.
This is “ORDER JUMPER” by syn.
"Jumper" is not a word that we are used to hearing, but the French word "blouson" and the American word "jumper" may be easily used.
Let's talk about that jumper.
Do you know "Rebel Without a Cause"?
A 1955 movie starring James Dean.
You can see the fashions of the time, such as jumpers and denim, leather jackets and T-shirts, and no-tie shirt styles.
This red blouson and T-shirt is an iconic style for him.
James Dean loved Triumph motorcycles and Porsche cars, and often wore functional, loose clothing.
He was born on a farm, which is probably why he often wore workwear as everyday wear.
At the time, stars often wore well-tailored suits, but he had a great influence on men's style by simply wearing workwear.
It is said that he is the reason why the style of wearing T-shirts outside became popular.
As expected, it seems that the jumper was also worn instead of a jacket, indicating that it was worn over a shirt or knitwear.
The shirt was not tied up and was worn loosely and washed out.
This item was created as a sports jacket for cold weather, but its impression changes completely depending on how you wear it.
I think it would be a good idea to refer to the movie as well.
Please feel free to use it as a reference.
