Refunds

Our return policy is 7 days.

We only accept exchanges for defective products.

We cannot accept refunds or exchanges after 7 days from purchase.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please make sure to return the product in the original packaging.

Some products are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns for products that come into contact with the skin, hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

*Internationally shipped products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Purchased products cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

Only a portion of the product price will be refunded in the following circumstances:

*Clear signs of use.

*Opened packaging.

*Products that are not in their original condition and are damaged or missing for reasons not caused by our negligence.

* Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

* Items shipped from overseas.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of receipt of your returned item. You will also be notified of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first double-check your bank account.

If the information you entered is correct, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be processed after we complete the refund process.

We accept refunds for full-priced items, but not sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the item for the same item, please email info@apartir.jp and return the item to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient received the item themselves and then gave it to you, when you return the item, the refund will be made to the gift recipient and they will be notified that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that depending on your location, it may take some time for the replacement product to arrive.

If the value of the returned item exceeds ¥100,000, please consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
