There was one item at the exhibition that really captured my heart.
LENO linen and silk button-down shirt.
Linen shirts are a must-have item for the coming season, when there will be large temperature and humidity fluctuations.
For several years, I had been struggling to find the right size and fabric that I wanted.
Eye-catching fabric.
60% linen, 40% silk.
The knots of the linen stand out in the weft, while the luster of the silk gives it a sense of elegance.
The linen is dyed using a time-consuming method called kase dyeing, but the color is outstanding.
Silk becomes softer and more lustrous with washing, and I'm looking forward to seeing it blend in with the faded texture of linen.
I usually spend my days staring at custom-made shirts while I'm working, but I can't seem to find anything like it even among the many fabric samples available.
Dress tailoring with fine stitching, Takase shell and split yoke.
And a casual button-down.
This excellent balance is unique to LENO.
The two colors selected are white and green.
In addition to the excellent green color,
The gloss and slightly dull white color are exquisite.
Available in a wide range of sizes, it can be worn loosely with the sleeves rolled up, or worn as an inner layer under a jacket in the perfect size.
