At apartir, we offer two shipping methods for our international customers.
1. Direct Shipping
apartir offers direct international shipping to some countries and regions.
Shipping fees and eligible regions can be confirmed on the cart screen and in our Shipping Policy.
2. Using Tenso.com
For customers residing in areas not covered by direct shipping, you can use the international shipping service "Tenso.com (Tenso.com Inc.)", which temporarily holds your products in Japan before forwarding them overseas.
By registering with Tenso.com, you can safely deliver products from Japan to overseas customers.

Register as a Tenso.com member
After registration, you will receive a dedicated Japanese address for international shipping.

Purchase products on apartir online
Enter the dedicated address issued in Step 1 as your shipping address. -
Tenso.com ships internationally
Once your products arrive at the Tenso.com warehouse in Japan, you pay the international shipping fee, and the products will be shipped overseas.
Tenso.com Usage Fees
Usage fees start from 580 yen (forwarding fee from 50 yen + international shipping fee from 530 yen).
The total cost for international shipping service is the sum of the "forwarding fee" + "international shipping fee (EMS, etc.)".
Once your items arrive at the Tenso.com warehouse, you will pay the usage fees, and international shipping procedures will begin upon completion of payment.

Important Notes
- Registration with Tenso.com is required to use this service.
- Separate Tenso.com service fees and international shipping fees will apply.
- Payments to apartir will include the product price + domestic shipping to Tenso.com.
- Please use "Credit Card" or "Rakuten Pay" as payment methods.
- If "Cash on Delivery" is selected, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Tenso.com usage fees vary depending on the package weight and destination.
- For inquiries regarding international shipping services, please contact Tenso.com Inc.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders using the forwarding service. Please be aware of this beforehand.
