When was the first time you encountered it?
As I recall, it was already 20 years ago.
At that time, I was a university student and living alone in Kobe.
I was fascinated by the exotic atmosphere that Sannomiya and Motomachi exude.
It was around this time that I came across the store at my previous job, and I happened to come across it as I was passing by, and I was drawn to it because I was interested in the way they wore clothes that weren't too pretty or too casual.
I can see the striped basque, slacks, and vintage all-stars.
Kobe has a strong port town side, and the refreshing style of clothing represented by the marine style caught my eye.I myself observed the shop staff and the way people dressed in the city in an effort to break away from street style.
At the time, a friend I spent the same amount of time with was wearing a SAINT JAMES Wesson, and I thought it was great, but I was embarrassed to buy the same one, so I bought ORCIVAL, which was recommended by a store I used to go to.
The border was divided into panels and the design was interesting, the fabric felt soft and easy to wear, and the length was perfect for me, who is tall.
After that, the short-length and tight-fitting boom became popular, and I switched to Wesson, but I've been away from it for the past few years.
LENO stole our hearts with his denim jacket, but his Basque shirt was also excellent.
First of all, it's a comfortable size.
Not only have the armholes and length been made larger, but the pitch of the border and the appearance of the décolletage have also been carefully considered, making it look great when you actually wear it.
In addition, the raschel knit fabric is an original LENO material and is a fairly faithful reproduction of the vintage one.
Although the raschel knit fabric was proprietary to the products mentioned above, it has a texture that is different from the current one.
I am very grateful that there is a wide range of sizes available, so I can choose the one that suits my style.
I wear 3 and 2 separately.
This year's model uses the same raschel knit fabric, but the length, sleeve length, neck opening, etc. have been changed to make it even easier to match.
It looks like you'll need to buy more even if it's the same size.
Today, LENO's Basque shirts have added short sleeves.
We also offer SAINT JAMES as a game, so you can choose the one that suits your style.
