Leather jackets have arrived from BRU NA BOINNE.

We have two styles available.

The Alan jacket, which uses horse leather, and

the Blenda, which uses sheepskin.

For the past few years, I’ve relied entirely on synthetic outerwear and have kept my distance from these, but

as I’ve gotten older, I’ve finally come to appreciate their quality once again.

Today, I’d like to introduce the Blenda, which is sold under the "BUT" line within the BRU NA BOINNE brand.

First, let’s address the name "BUT," which I’m sure you’re curious about.

It can carry a negative connotation, implying rebellion.

Think of "BUT" not as "however," but as "daringly."

Because, unlike most of this brand’s items which are made in Japan, these are produced overseas.

Born from a meeting with a Japanese leather manufacturer that also has overseas facilities, this product boasts magnificent quality in its processing, leather grade, and stitching.

By leveraging the technical expertise of a manufacturer that handles OEM for high-end luxury brands, they have managed to craft a high-quality product.

It uses sheepskin—the hide of an adult sheep over one year old—

and the time-consuming processing technique used is incredible.

After a thorough wash, it is ironed out to bring out a vintage-like texture.

It maintains a rugged surface while breaking in to fit your body in a short amount of time.

The contrast between the initial pebbled texture and the luster and wrinkles that develop over time is exceptionally cool.

The action pleats under the arms are tailored for ease of movement.

With elaborate details like WALDES zippers and studs, it’s an item that is truly meticulously crafted,

something you won't find in other leather jackets.

And yet, at this price point.

Daringly, indeed.

The front design is based on a double rider's jacket but modified into a single, and the Mao collar can be worn up or down, allowing for a wide range of styling options.

For maintenance, applying mink oil or a delicate cream once at the end of the season should be sufficient.

A lifelong leather jacket will conform to your body the more you wear it, becoming a piece unique to you.

Once the leather has broken in to your body, simply pairing it with slacks or denim is enough to enjoy a great outfit.
