This time, I would like to talk about the fabric and think about syn.'s ORDER JUMPER, which can be said to be the first casual order at our store.

Since this item can be described as a casual blouson, the first thing that came to mind was cotton.

I imagined that it would be good to use cotton material here, and I tried incorporating elements such as water repellency, breathability, and durability.

I think VENTILE and RIPSTOP are better.

This item has its roots in the military, which I love.

-VENTILE/VENTILE-

This fabric was created for use by British Air Force pilots, and is woven with the utmost cotton material.
Cotton swells when it absorbs moisture, so we take advantage of this characteristic to increase its water and windproof properties.
On the other hand, it is a highly functional fabric that is breathable and does not trap too much heat.
The impetus for introducing this time was "JUMPER", which is a slightly heavy but soft gabarb weave fabric.
We recommend Bentone, a thin cotton-poly twill fabric.
Personally, I prefer the former, which is made of 100% natural material, which is a little harder, but the ease of wearing the latter is also worth giving up.

-RIPSTOP/Ripstop-

A fabric made of materials such as cotton or polyester woven with highly strong fibers in a lattice pattern.
This material was made for American military uniforms, and was named because the lattice part stops it from tearing.
The American military's BDU series is well known.
Nowadays, you can often see them in outdoor products.
It is lightweight and durable, and the same color lattice makes it a good accent.
I think the image is a little different from "JUMPER" and it shows some originality.
I chose both cotton fabrics because they have a good texture when used for a long time.
