配送ポリシー

【国内配送】

送料: 一律700円（税別）。
※離島（北海道・沖縄を含む）の場合、1,200円（税別）。
送料無料条件: 商品合計20,000円（税込）以上のお買い上げで送料無料となります。

【海外配送】

送料: 地域と重量に応じて以下の料金が適用されます。

ASIA: ¥2,000（税別）～
EU: ¥5,000（税別）～
NORTH AMERICA・AFRICA: ¥6,000（税別）～

海外配送には送料無料は適用されません。
海外発送で発生する料金（関税・輸入税など）はお客様のご負担となります。
アメリカ合衆国への発送は関税及び送料込みでのお支払いとなります。

【配送方法】

当店指定の配送方法を使用いたします。
お客様が配送方法を選択することはできません。

【商品到着日数】

国内配送: 決済完了後、通常2～3日以内に到着いたします（離島の場合は3～4日程度）。
お取り寄せ商品お届けについては商品ページに記載がございます。
海外配送: 決済完了後、7～21日程度でお届けいたします。
※自然災害や地域の大規模イベントの影響により遅延が発生する場合があります。
受注アイテムについては生産後の配送となります。

【梱包および配送中のトラブルについて】

梱包時に外箱のキズや凹みが発生しないよう十分に配慮しております。
配送中に発生した軽微な外箱のキズや凹みについては、製品の使用に支障がない限りご容赦ください。
カーボンニュートラルな配送のため簡易包装を進めています。

一部海外配送では「tenso.com」を利用可能です。詳細についてはこちらをご確認ください。

【領収書について】

代金引換でお支払いの場合

お届け時に配達員より発行される引換金受領証をご利用ください。
弊社では領収書の発行は承っておりません。

コンビニ決済でお支払いの場合

領収書はお支払い時にコンビニにて受け取るレシートをご利用ください。
弊社では領収書の発行は承っておりません。

上記以外の決済方法でお支払いの場合

ご利用のクレジットカード会社・決済会社が発行するご利用明細書を領収書としてご利用ください。

【Domestic Shipping】
Shipping Fee: Flat rate of ¥700 (excluding tax).
For remote islands (including Hokkaido and Okinawa), the fee is ¥1,200 (excluding tax).

Free Shipping: Orders totaling ¥20,000 (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

【International Shipping】
Shipping Fees: The following rates apply depending on destination and weight:

ASIA: from ¥2,000 (excluding tax)
EU: from ¥5,000 (excluding tax)
NORTH AMERICA / AFRICA: from ¥6,000 (excluding tax)

Free shipping is not available for international orders.
Any additional charges incurred for international shipping (such as customs duties and import taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
For shipments to the United States, duties and shipping fees are included in the total payment.

【Shipping Method】
We will use a shipping method designated by our store.
Customers cannot choose the shipping method.

【Delivery Time】
Domestic Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 2–3 days after payment confirmation (3–4 days for remote islands).
For backordered items, please refer to the product page for delivery details.

International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7–21 days after payment confirmation.
Delays may occur due to natural disasters or large-scale regional events.
Made-to-order items will be shipped after production is completed.

【Packaging & Shipping Issues】
We take great care to prevent damage such as scratches or dents to the outer packaging during packing.
However, minor damage to the outer box that does not affect the use of the product may occur during transit and is kindly accepted.
We promote simplified packaging to support carbon-neutral shipping.

【Additional Information on International Shipping Services】
For some international shipments, the forwarding service “tenso.com” is available.
Please check the details for more information.

Please use the statement issued by your credit card company or payment provider as your receipt.
