【国内配送｜Domestic Shipping】

送料｜Shipping Fees

通常送料｜Standard Shipping: 全国一律700円（税別） / ¥700 (excluding tax) nationwide.
離島地域｜Remote Islands: 1,200円（税別） / ¥1,200 (excluding tax). 北海道・沖縄を含みます。 / Including Hokkaido and Okinawa.
送料無料｜Free Shipping: 商品合計20,000円（税込）以上のお買い上げで送料無料となります。 / Free shipping on domestic orders totaling ¥20,000 (tax included) or more.

代金引換｜Cash on Delivery (COD)

ご注文確認後、当店指定の代金引換宅配便にて商品をお届けいたします。商品到着時に、商品代金・送料・代金引換手数料を配送業者へお支払いください。

Orders are shipped using our designated cash-on-delivery service. Upon delivery, please pay the product price, shipping fee, and COD handling fee directly to the delivery driver.

【海外配送｜International Shipping】

送料｜Shipping Fees

配送先の地域および荷物の重量に応じて、以下の送料が適用されます。

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

海外配送には送料無料は適用されません。 / Free shipping is not available for international orders.
関税・輸入税など、海外配送に伴い発生する費用は、原則としてお客様のご負担となります。 / Customers are generally responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other charges associated with international shipping.
アメリカ合衆国への発送は、関税および送料を含めた金額でのお支払いとなります。 / For shipments to the United States, the total payment includes shipping fees and customs duties.

※配送先や商品の重量によって送料が異なる場合がございます。 Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination and package weight.

【配送方法｜Shipping Method】

当店指定の配送方法にて商品をお届けいたします。 / We ship all orders using a shipping method designated by our store.
お客様による配送業者および配送方法のご指定は承っておりません。 / Customers cannot select the shipping carrier or shipping method.

【商品のお届け日数｜Delivery Time】

国内配送｜Domestic Shipping

決済完了後、通常2〜3日以内にお届けいたします。

Orders typically arrive within 2–3 days after payment has been completed.

※離島地域は3〜4日程度を目安としております。 Delivery to remote islands generally takes approximately 3–4 days.

※お取り寄せ商品については、各商品ページに記載のお届け予定をご確認ください。 For backordered items, please refer to the estimated delivery time stated on the product page.

海外配送｜International Shipping

決済完了後、通常7〜21日程度でお届けいたします。

International orders typically arrive within 7–21 days after payment has been completed.

※自然災害や地域の大規模イベント、通関手続きなどの影響により、配送に遅延が生じる場合がございます。 Delays may occur due to natural disasters, large-scale regional events, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

オーダー商品・受注商品｜Made-to-Order Items

オーダー商品および受注商品は、生産完了後の発送となります。納期については、各商品ページまたはご注文時のご案内をご確認ください。

Made-to-order and custom-made items will be shipped after production is completed. Please refer to the product page or the information provided at the time of ordering for the estimated delivery time.

【梱包および配送中のトラブルについて｜Packaging & Shipping Issues】

商品の梱包に際しては、外箱の傷や凹みが生じないよう、十分に配慮しております。 / We take great care when packing orders to minimize scratches and dents to the outer packaging.
配送中に発生した軽微な外箱の傷や凹みにつきましては、商品本体の品質および使用に支障がない場合、何卒ご容赦ください。 / Minor scratches or dents to the outer packaging during transit are considered acceptable, provided that the product itself remains undamaged and fully functional.
環境への負荷を軽減するため、簡易包装を推進しております。 / We promote simplified packaging to help reduce our environmental impact.

【領収書について｜Receipts】

apartirでは、原則として領収書の個別発行を承っておりません。お支払い方法に応じて、以下の書類を領収書としてご利用ください。

As a general rule, apartir does not issue separate receipts. Please use the following documents as proof of payment, depending on your payment method.

代金引換｜Cash on Delivery (COD)

商品お届け時に配送業者より発行される「代引金額領収証（引換金受領証）」をご利用ください。

Please use the receipt issued by the delivery company upon delivery as proof of payment.

コンビニ決済｜Convenience Store Payment

お支払い時にコンビニエンスストアで発行されるレシートまたは受領証をご利用ください。

Please use the receipt issued by the convenience store at the time of payment.

その他の決済方法｜Other Payment Methods

各クレジットカード会社または決済サービスが発行するご利用明細書・取引明細をご利用ください。
